Capital District Council for the Social Studies (Albany, NY)
CDCSS Historic Hops and Haunts Tour
The capital city has long had a love affair with great beer and ghastly ghosts. Join us for a walking tour that combines the best of both. We will gather at The Albany Pump Station for a send off toast to the paranormal. We will then make our way through the city streets, stopping at several shadowy watering holes along the way. We will learn about the spirits of Legs Diamond, Boz the Baker and even Abraham Lincoln! All of whom many think inhabit the city to this day.
The CDCSS board meeting is scheduled from 5 to 6pm at the Albany Pump Station. If you arrive early—please join us1 We welcome your insights and input!
