Albany-Abraham Lincoln Tour
Do you know how Abraham Lincoln and Albany, New York connect?
There are several points of connection between Albany and our nation’s 16th President – one even includes John Wilkes Booth.
Join the CDCSS as we commemorate the anniversary of Lincoln’s Funeral Train arrival to Albany in 1865. Guided by Albany Archives’ Matt Malette, our guests will venture the streets of downtown Albany, uncovering Lincoln’s numerous ties with New York State’s capital city. Along the way, we’ll stop at local watering holes to toast Old Honest Abe.
Wednesday, April 25, 2018 – 6 to 9 pm
